What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal to accept payments through credit cards, debit (checking) cards, or PayPal account balances. You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchase.

Why use PayPal to accept credit card payments?
Using PayPal as a payment provider gives you the following advantages:
- Paying through PayPal is just as easy as paying through any other online credit card service.
- Paying with PayPal gives you an extra level of security and fraud prevention.
- PayPal encrypts your bank or credit card information, keeping that information safe.
You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay at Skundo.
What countries do you ship to?
We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be in one of those countries we will contact you.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping time varies depending on your location. Here is an estimation:

Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How are shipping costs calculated?
We offer free basic international shipping to almost 200 countries. However, if you choose a premium shipping service there might be an additional cost associated with it.
Do you accept backorders for out of stock items?
While we don't accept backorders, we're constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that's out of stock—we suggest you add it to your Wishlist and check back regularly.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it's placed?
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have shipped, but we'll do our best to help correct your order before it leaves the warehouse! Get in touch with our support team through our Contact form.
